Egg Drop 2025 is coming soon!
On April 5 we will be hosting our annual Egg Drop! This will be a free, fun, family event that is open to the community. We will have food trucks, crafts, and LOTS of Easter Eggs. We need your help to make this a great experience! There are several serving opportunities available to you. Check out the role descriptions below and then click on the link to fill out the form.

Serving Role Descriptions

These volunteers will welcome guests at different station points and help them find their way around the event grounds. They will also be equipped to answer guests questions.

We are asking that all “hunters” register. Volunteers will be needed to sign-in/register these guests to participate.

These volunteers will help to lay out the eggs pre-hunt and collect them post-hunt. Their most important job though is helping to make sure our “hunters” stay safe and have fun on the field.

We will be providing a craft booth for children to create a takeaway item. Volunteers will help guests with their supplies and with putting together their masterpieces.

The Easter Bunny will be making an appearance at the hunt! We need 1 or 2 volunteers to play the part.

These volunteers will be helping to make sure that everyone is finding a place to park and that the bounce houses are not getting too full. They will also be helping to get the crowd in place for the actual drop.
We are asking volunteers to be present for the entire event, set-up thru tear down, if possible. Most likely, this will be from 11am to 2:30pm. This is a large event and we need all of the help we can get! If you can not stay the entire time, do not let that keep you from signing up! Please let us know in advance so we can make sure the entire time frame is covered.
